Fixed

  • Sony storage-info fallback no longer triggers USB reinit loops: some Sony bodies (including ZV-E10 in PC Remote mode) can expose an empty storage summary over PTP, causing get_storageinfo() to return gphoto2 error -1. SEW now treats this as "storage unknown" for Sony cameras and returns -1.0 (shown as N/A in the UI) instead of forcing camera reinitialisation. This prevents follow-up -53 USB-claim errors during camera overview polling.

Added

  • Regression tests for Sony storage-info handling: added tests/test_sony_storageinfo.py to verify that Sony -1 storage responses are handle gracefully without reinitialising the camera, while non-Sony behavior remains unchanged.
