v1.2.0 Fixing Bug

fix: apache/mysql not found on MSI install (resources/bin layout)

resolve_bin missed exe.parent()/resources/bin and root/resources/bin
which is Tauri bundle.resources layout on MSI/NSIS installs, so
dev passed via CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR fallback but laptops saw
"httpd.exe tidak ketemu". Add those checks and resources/ prefix
in try_paths. Verified: installed-layout repro failed before, passes
after; 54 tests green.
