A seventh Leaf version track: Minecraft 1.21.5 - same rebrand, same bStats service wiring, same tuning philosophy.

Same profile as 1.21.6/1.21.7, confirmed by checking the generated config rather than assumed: no RegionFormatConfig (no B_LINEAR - stays on vanilla MCA), ReduceUselessPackets only has reduce-entity-move-packets, and dab.enabled defaults true out of the box in this version's Leaf source. Documented in 1.21.5/NOTES.md.

entity-tracking-range is halved from this version's own stock defaults (same 128/96/96/96/128/64 baseline as the other recent tracks).

Verified: booted fresh with no config to capture real defaults, then booted again with the full tuned config applied - clean both times, correct AtlasSpigot branding, no errors.

Build note: same as the last two tracks - this branch pins Gradle 8.14.2 (Java 24 cap), built with Java 21 for the tooling only.

Config, notes, source-patches, and jar live under 1.21.5/.
