AtlasSpigot config layer + a real source rebuild of Leaf 26.2 (build 90), with the server jar attached below.

This build is genuinely rebranded - not just config. The console banner, F3 client brand, Bukkit.getName() (plugin compatibility checks), and crash reports all read "AtlasSpigot" instead of "Leaf" - fixed at the source (CraftServer.getName() now reads the same configurable brand used for the client brand packet, instead of the hardcoded build-info name).
