AtlasSpigot 26.2 - v12 (own bStats project + honest statistics section)

bStats: report to our own project, not Leaf's. The bundled metrics client (com.destroystokyo.paper.Metrics, from Gale's metrics patch) was hardcoded to report under Leaf's own bStats project name - every AtlasSpigot server was silently feeding Leaf's stats page instead of having one of its own. Renamed the software name, version string, and chart key to AtlasSpigot - see source-patches/metrics-atlas-rename.diff.

Added a ## Statistics section to the README, modeled on Leaf/Yatopia's, but honest about where things actually stand: there's no registered AtlasSpigot project on bstats.org yet, so a live badge would just be a broken image. The section documents the one real step left (register the software name at bstats.org, Server Software category) and leaves the exact badge markdown in a code fence, ready to go live the moment that's done - not a fabricated graph.

This is a real jar rebuild. Verified: fresh boot via start.sh with the exact file layout from the README - clean log, no experimental-module warnings (confirming the v10 entity-activation revert holds), correct branding (This server is running AtlasSpigot version ...), graceful shutdown.
