1.25.6 — a live call starts when you join, the lead answers your order, sub-agents answer again

Fix: joining a live call read the end of the previous one again; a call now starts when you join it (the last 10 seconds only when the agents are at work) and a line is said once. The lead answers your order: when Claude goes to its tools without a word, the lead says what it is starting with (“Got it. Let me look at server.js.”). Fix: sub-agents no longer answered the lead’s orders in a live call, and the lead hardly ever thanked them for a report; both are back.
