will i just keep on tp ing again and again when i L click or R click either on lodestone or at a rand thing its like i am using ender pearl but i can phase throught walls i dont know how to use it so anybody tell me please

If you have WorldEdit installed, which it sounds like you do, the teleporting you are experiencing is due to WorldEdit's navigation compass feature.

I would advise either negating the permissions worldedit.navigation.jumpto.tool and worldedit.navigation.thru.tool for all users, or remapping the navigation-tool property in WorldEdit's config.yml to another item. This should disable the feature for WorldEdit, which should allow waystone linking to function as expected. Unfortunately, I don't know if there's a better solution to this problem at the moment, so I can't say for certain whether there's a way to fix this in code.
