Dory 0.4.3 improves compatibility and reliability for local container workloads.

Highlights:

  • Raises guest vm.max_map_count to 262144 and the default open-file limit to 65536, allowing OpenSearch and similar search workloads to pass bootstrap checks.
  • Makes published-port repair wait for the correlated guest receipt and reload.
  • Fixes named machine creation under the Bash 3.2 environment shipped with macOS.
  • Updates Kali desktop component packages for current Kali rolling repositories.

The release was validated on Apple silicon from the notarized DMG, including the exact OpenSearch 1.3.20 reproduction from issue #49.
