✨ New Features

🔍 File Search

• Added support for searching files using keywords and an optional shared flag:
  GET /files?keyword={keyword}&shared={true|false}

🛠 Improvements

⚙️ Rate Limiting Configuration

• Rate limiting is now configurable via the .env file using the ENABLE_RATE_LIMIT flag.
• Default rate limit: 30 requests per 30 seconds.

👤 Admin Controls

• Prevented users from deleting themselves.
• Prevented deletion of the last remaining admin.
• Updated endpoint: DELETE /users/{username} ➡️ DELETE /users/{user_id} (Admin only).

🧹 Code & Semantics

• Improved code formatting.
• Enhanced code semantics for better clarity and maintainability.
