Redline Link 1.0.0

Redline Link 1.0.0, released alongside Redline Deck 1.0.0 and the Redline Dashboard widget.

• Receives Forza Horizon 6's Data Out telemetry (Settings > HUD and Gameplay: Data Out On, 127.0.0.1, port 5605), writes the live dashboard file for the Redline Dashboard widget on a CORSAIR XENEON EDGE, serves it on a localhost WebSocket, and forwards packets to up to four other ports.
• Fixed: replacing state.json could leave state.json~RF*.TMP files in %APPDATA%\RedlineDeck when another program held the file; it now uses a plain rename, and tidies any such leftovers when it starts.
• Tray app, no installer, no administrator rights. Not code-signed yet: Windows SmartScreen may show 'Windows protected your PC'; choose More info, then Run anyway.
