Created the participants menu, looks and functionality. When selected the values will be placed into the entry boxes where they can be updated. A new entry can be saved if there is no ID present

  • Couple of problems when the buttons are pressed too rapidly
  • Need to add message boxes to remove terminal use
  • Make it clear that no ID is needed to add new record
  • Add validation so there is correct number of teams and players
