- Added focused Annotation example sampling and comparison-visibility controls.
- Added progressive contextual hints and clearer warnings for missing filter values.
- Integrated the backend into the monorepo and fixed packaged-backend discovery, reload, zoom, and CORS behavior across desktop builds.
- Added filterable column pickers with wildcard search from #20.
