I think its problem cause of Authme:

But if not, please help me how can I fix this?

What is the most stable and bugfree version of AuthMe?

After an hour if I log off I will get this message:

then timeout.

And when I stop the server its crash cause of authme cant be disabled.

I am having the same issue. After 20 mins up the server starts acting like its on "Online mode" and all the players are not premium, everyone gets timed out and can not connect/change server.

Same here. And after I restart the server, player can connect again for an hr or so.
