it can not get my location

As shown in the image, my app requires location access permission, but my Windows location services are always enabled, and I cannot find autodarkmode among apps that can access location.

Hello and thanks for your message. Sorry to hear something isn't working. AutoDarkMode should be at the end of the list, under "Desktop apps", just a bit outside the screenshot you provided. Also, could there be anything else blocking location access?
