I'm not sure what triggers this, but sometimes when I log in in the morning my laptop has night mode on for a moment before turning it off. AutoDarkMode is set to follow the Windows night light, so it results turning night mode on, then, after a minute when Win turns night mode off, it turns dark mode off.

Is there a way to delay the night light check after logging for a minute or two?

No, Offset is used to change the trigger time of light and dark mode (for example, it is dark at 7 pm, and dark mode should be enabled at this time, but you can postpone it until 8 pm through the Offset function).

But there is no solution. You can ask AutoDarkMode to use "Use logon task instead of startup entry", then open the task scheduler (via Win+R, and then type taskschd.msc ), and then find "ADM_ your computer user name". Then click the trigger tab to edit task, and you can choose to delay the task time.
