We are collecting real-world cases where the processed PDF preview looks correct, but the physical label print is shifted, offset, cut off, or not centered on the thermal label paper.

What we are trying to understand
This problem is often caused by printer-side settings rather than the PDF itself, but the symptoms can look very similar to a file layout issue.
We want to understand:
- Which printer models are affected
- Which paper sizes are selected in the browser and printer driver
- Whether the issue happens after PDF resizing or cropping
- Whether the offset is consistent, such as always shifted right by 5 mm

- Label paper size, such as 4 x 6 in or 100 x 150 mm
- Browser and operating system
- What the PDF preview shows
- What happens on physical print
- Whether the offset is horizontal, vertical, or both
- Whether printing at 100% / Actual size changes the result
