NexusEdge Hailo Edition is available in four tiers. All tiers include the same 42 algorithms, 150+ AI models, and 24 equipment types. Tiers differ in controller limits, cloud features, and fleet management capabilities.

The controller limit is per-organization. One "controller" is one Raspberry Pi 5 running NexusEdge. Controllers are registered with the AN Console during installation.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Controllers above the new tier limit will continue running but will not sync to the cloud until the count is within limits.
