Yes. A Windows desktop installer is now published even though the download page you checked appears to lag behind the releases.

The current v2.10.0 release includes:

  • Harper_2.10.0_x64-setup.exe — Windows desktop installer;
  • harper-cli-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip — Windows CLI;
  • harper-win32-x64-2.10.0.vsix and ARM64 VSIX — VS Code extension packages.

Download it from the official release page:

https://github.com/Automattic/harper/releases/tag/v2.10.0

For the desktop app, choose the x64-setup.exe asset rather than the CLI ZIP or VSIX. If Windows SmartScreen appears, verify that the file came from the official Automattic/harper release and check its published release metadata before running …
