Description
We have been getting a TON of PRs and issues that violate Harper's agent policy. In order to rule out visibility as the cause, I have copied the policy from my blog directly into the repo and referenced it from inside the
AGENTS.mdfile. The copy on my blog is still the canonical version. I believe the risk of it going out of date is acceptable.AI Disclosure
