New Admin UI: Default to Settings page once connected

Once connected to WordPress.com, the initial main page of the admin UI can be redundant to the Settings page.

What if we defaulted to the Settings page once connected and/or provider a filter to allow this?

For what it's worth, I dig it. :) The first thing I do after enabling connection is going to the settings page.

If I understand this correctly. The idea is to completely remove the Jetpack homepage once Jetpack is connected or set in development mode?

I think this would make more sense if we never had the Jetpack homepage in the first place. I think I would miss the homepage if it was gone. I do agree that the settings page is more usable/useful.
