• The four topologies write {partition}, and the substrate floor rises from 2.88.0 to 2.99.0. The substrate resolves {partition} in the arguments a node's schema marks and refuses <partition>. A custom topology still writing <partition>, such as <config:logs_dir>/ingest.p<partition>, now fails to load; write {partition}. Below 2.99.0 the plugin stays dormant.
