  • The insights page registers on the substrate's newspack_nodes/overlay_pages filter. The substrate renamed its DevTools hub the station and the overlay-page filter with it; no old name is aliased, so the loader's substrate floor rises to 2.56.0, the release carrying the new one.

  • The @wordpress/* family is declared exactly, and a push gate holds the lock to the declaration. Every runtime package was declared with a caret at its wp-7.0 version, and the committed lock had climbed to trunk (seven packages, components 32.6.0 and block-library 9.48.1 among them, against the tag), so npm ci built against an API ahead of the one WordPress 7.0 hands the browser. @wordpress/icons is bundled, so the shipped icons move from 11.8.0 to 11.7.1. The declarations drop the caret, the lock is rebuilt at the tag, and scripts/lint-wp-pin.mjs, run from pre-push, fails a push when a declaration carries a range or the lock resolves elsewhere.
