Checks live under <project>/checks/ and apply to every draft in the project, but today they can only be added, edited, toggled on/off, or deleted from the draft editor's checks sidebar — you have to open a draft first to manage them. The project view has no entry point for checks, even though it already hosts project-level settings (rename, update goal, set up voice).
It would be nicer to manage checks directly from the project view, so the rules that govern a project can be set up before there's a draft to apply them to.
