Release of SKG for Toyxample v3.6, version 1

• Updated the inference method to infer pizza's to packs, packs to boxes and boxes to pallets
  • Now, we added the (:PizzaPack), (:PackBox) and (:BoxPallet) as an extra entity when items are composed.
• Updated the schema
  • Replaced DF_PIZZA, DF_PACK, DF_BOX and DF_PALLET by DF_CONTROL_FLOW_ITEM with as property the entity type
  • Replaced ProductionPlan by EntityType, TimeDistribition and CompositionOperation with the following relations
    • (:Entity) - [:IS_OF_TYPE] -> (:EntityType)
