[🐛 BUG] Layout Changes in Plotly Might Impact Existing Visualizations

What went wrong? 🤔

Recent updates to Plotly.js v3.0.0 may have introduced layout changes that could affect the rendering of existing charts. These changes might cause unexpected shifts in axis alignment, padding, or title positioning, potentially breaking the visual structure of previously stable graphs.

Solution Proposed

Review the updated Plotly.js layout and refactor the existing Taipy layout accordingly

We are already on 3.0.0 on the develop branch. We haven't noticed any issue.
