Build problems with 12.1.3 (main branch) on fedora

Following steps for running ControlCatalog.Desktop from sources I get this on dotnet run (SDK 10.0.401)

Unhandled exception. Interop+Crypto+OpenSslCryptographicException: error:03000098:digital envelope routines::invalid digest

Anybody else?

Also getting

I turns out I've stumbled upon RHEL/Fedora specific issue where they disabled SHA1 by default.
Setting environmental property OPENSSL_ENABLE_SHA1_SIGNATURES 1 does the trick
