Runtime 1.7.2 fixes Ornith 1.5 35B A3B SSD Full execution by injecting all 256 routed experts from the external expert store in canonical expert-ID order. It also corrects the Qwen3.6 text Full path while preserving Cached-MoE behavior.

Apple notarized, Publisher signed, focused Runtime and Package tests passed, and the exact published Runtime plus Ornith 0.1.3 completed a real App-Dev Full-mode inference using the existing shared SSD checkpoint.
