Description

Whenever a theme change happens, there's an error message pop-up shown saying "Theme worker failed (1)"

This is probably related to Matugen releasing its version v4.0.0 which has breaking changes.

Expected Behavior

Theme changes applying successfully and without an error message pop-up.

Steps to Reproduce & Installation Method

1. Have Matugen installed and configured for use with DMS.
2. Go to Settings > Theme & Colors.
3. Change Matugen Palette to any other value than the current one.
4. Error message will pop-up
