This is the first release of BasicClicker, it includes the most basic of features (Starting and Stopping the clicker)

Important notes

Currently the software only clicks with an interval of every 30ms.
The current only hotkey to toggle clicking is F10 (sorry ＞﹏＜)
Currently only compatible with Windows, as it is built in WPF.

Planned features

Fixing of focus bug (#1)
Allow user to change the hotkey
Allow the user to change the interval at which it clicks.
