Add Agent settings for tools, codemode, compaction, retries, images, queues, and request behavior. MCP uses native Pi configuration, authentication, tool search, and execution; settings changes apply immediately to idle runtimes and after the current turn to busy runtimes. Codemode cards show JavaScript and nested tool calls.

Validation: 592 tests passed; lint (0 errors, 13 warnings), typecheck, build, and isolated installed-package release verification passed, including Pi/Pi Client workers, native terminal, update, restart, and settings retention.
