Fixed in 1.1.1

Buttons at the top of ChatGPT work again. When signed in, some controls near the top of the ChatGPT page (such as the sidebar toggle) couldn't be clicked. ChatGPT marks that area as a window drag region for its own desktop app; ChatGPT Tabs now keeps every part of the page clickable. As a side effect, a web page can no longer take over dragging of the app window.

Everything else is the same as 1.1.0 (split view, tab names, restoring tabs).
