Beta build: 0.9.34 beta 4.

Fixes

• Crash right at the start on some laptops (Windows error 1450, since 0.9.32 beta 9): the game now checks that Windows can give it the larger memory pool before using it. If Windows refuses, the game starts with the smaller pool and the PS4's graphics heap sizes instead of crashing.
• Sharp UI: item icons drawn twice their size in the inventory and other item menus, from the top left of the screen.
