Maintenance update - 2026-06-18

This release keeps the app version at 0.1.3. The Windows installers were rebuilt from main commit 2df165d. The repository workflow and dependency-audit documentation were then updated and validated on docs commit d8bfc6c.

• Improved default noise filtering for ASUS Armoury Crate helper processes and NVIDIA container background processes.
• Kept the main armourycrate.exe app visible as Armoury Crate.
• Added a strict local development workflow: npm.cmd run check for the full gate and npm.cmd run release:build for verified installer staging and SHA256 output.
• Upgraded the Vite/Vitest/jsdom frontend tooling chain and cleared the npm audit findings at moderate severity or higher.
• Fixed add-dialog focus trapping so Tab focus stays inside the modal and close restores focus after unmount.
• Documented the remaining GitHub Dependabot glib alert as a non-Windows transitive Tauri Linux GTK/WebKit/tray dependency that is not upgradable by a narrow cargo update -p glib under current upstream constraints.

• Fixed last-opened time formatting so tests and UI helpers are deterministic across machine time zones.
