Thanks for testing! Was it the ST7121 build from the install page? For the blueprint, the order matters:
The blueprint needs Home Assistant 2026.8 or later. If it still fails, could you share your HA version and the exact message (or a screenshot)? |

Something want to say but didn’t know wether its counter side of you projects logic , in battery or usb power might be awake only we touch screen . IT awakes spontaneously when screen is closed . Always awake then |
|
hello, i have managed to work blinds, they are sonnoff dual r3 , our blinds formely shows percantage of close, as you described it works now, but maybe theme or pop up screen might be like ha animation not a basic slider :) , also buttons can be like ha dashboard butons .people like that ! butons can have pop up screen like ha dashboard and can seen like ha as people might be see battery percantage , voltage and cpu usage no presence sensor tap to awake work or not , cant test because it opens after 1-2 seconds spontaneusly same situation ; battery or usb ; it doesnt go sleep by itself, when i push the power button it takes 10 or more seconds to wake and then ha alert ; these are normal alerts but no necessary to know at that time because it is loading :) #1 démarrage, raison : plantage (chien de garde) |

Hi 👋 short report time It works ! Tab5 now sleeps after rc3 with a changeable delay time . So forget restart loops ; no more it makes delay after opening is only when power off via button , it is normal because it loads all of things . no problem then Tap to wake and voice awake works but I couldn’t manage to you voice assist screen and voice assist properly. Maybe my own clumsiness 😒 for ie at that screen I couldn’t manage to speech to text and get answer via text by assist That’s all for now. Willsuggest new opinions if you accept new post thinking….. 🤔 Taking refuge in your forgiveness 😔 |

Rc4 👍 working like a charm !!! Want 2 things ; updating firmware procedure might be a one click solution ;). For downloading home asistant zip and replacing files and then restarting that is it 😁😁 Grouping Switches blinds etc. in room section ; minimalist design and opinion for like macOS popup icons ; one click and opens mini popup or like a spring etc or a circular popup or something like this project; link is here ; https://github.com/lsmarsden/bubble-card-modules/tree/main/modules/sub_button_wheel settings details might be able to be English 😊 |

Hello @husyildiz , a quick hardware question from another Tab5 user, if you have a minute. Your unit is the only ST7121 I know of that runs this firmware. What does the "Tab5 C6 Version" sensor show on your tablet? (Axel's ST7123 unit shows 1.4.1. I'd like to know whether newer units ship a newer C6 firmware.) If it's easy to check: which ESP32-P4 chip revision does it report? It appears in the serial boot log as chip revision: vX.Y, or with esptool flash-id as Chip is ESP32-P4 (revision vX.Y). We are about to buy units that will probably be ST7121, and these two values decide how we build and update the firmware. Thank you! |

Hi! A question before I start, your opinion matters. You told me the French sensors in Home Assistant were complicated. Another user (on the HA forum) tells me the same. So I'm thinking of switching the names to English, and moving the « Tab5 · … » settings into the Tab5 integration, so they show in your Home Assistant's language (FR, EN, DE, NL, ES, IT, TR). To keep it simple on your side: after the update, Home Assistant would show a repair « Migrate the Tab5 entities », one click, and everything is renamed while keeping your settings. Nothing to redo by hand. Two questions:
No rush, I'd rather do it once and do it well. Thanks! |

Hi Doctor 🙂 Back to the weather warnings for Türkiye. When you set up the Tab5, I told you to pick « Aucune » (none) for the warnings, because none of the sources I use covers Türkiye. I've been working on something for that, and I'd be glad if you could test it, knowing that it is a test, still being improved, not a finished thing. — Technical part, prepared with Claude — What it is. The official warnings of Türkiye are the MGM's (MeteoUYARI). The MGM publishes no open feed of them, and its terms ask for written permission before they are passed on, which I don't have. So Vigie (the small server that collects warnings for the Tab5 and Home Assistant) now computes a pre-alert of its own: from the ECMWF forecast (open data), it gives each of the 81 provinces a level for today and the next few days (none, watch, strong, severe), for rain, wind, snow, heat and cold, with thresholds learned for each province. It is not an official warning, and it is not as good as one. I measured it against the orange warnings the press reported: in 2026 it reached "strong" on the day for 63 % of the warned provinces (71 % the day before), it says "strong" on about 4 % of the days of a province, and it missed every wind warning of the test. So please keep following the MGM: this is to see how it behaves where you live, not something to rely on. How to try it (Home Assistant).
A sensor "Pre-alert (experimental, unofficial)" appears. Its state is today's level; its attributes give each day, the values (rain in mm, gusts in km/h…), the province's thresholds and the forecast run it comes from. The same integration also shows the earthquakes near you (USGS and EMSC, a separate sensor). The Tab5 screen doesn't show the pre-alert yet: first I'd like to know whether it is useful at all. You can also just open it in a browser, for Bucak: https://vigie.auxfilsdesidees.fr/v1/experimental/prealert?lat=37.46&lon=30.59 What would help me. When the MGM puts Burdur (or a province you know) in yellow or orange, did the pre-alert say something the day before, or the same day? And the other way round: does it say "strong" on days when nothing happens? Thanks in advance, and no pressure at all. |

For the blueprint, the order matters:
tab5_home_assistant.zipfrom the latest release, unzip it into HA'sconfig/folder, addpackages: !include_dir_named packagesunderhomeassistant:inconfiguration.yaml, restart HA.The blueprint needs Home Assistant 2026.8 or later. If it still fails, could you share your HA version and the exact message (or a screenshot)?
