Features

• All machine learning examples have been updated to use Larod 3, as Larod 1 is going to be deprecated soon by @shreyasatwork in #120
• larod and vdo-larod-preprocessing have been removed from the examples, as after the larod update they are both covered by vdo-larod by @shreyasatwork in #123
• vdo-larod example has been modified to use the model produced by the tensorflow-to-larod example by @shreyasatwork in #123
• Re-reference FAQ to acap4 documentation by @marbali8 in #117
