Offline install bundles. This is the first release with them: one lunos-offline-<os>-<arch>.tar.gz per platform, for installing Lunos on a machine with no internet access. Each contains the CLI, the model catalogue, the SBOM, the signed SHA256SUMS, Sigstore's trust root, and pinned ripgrep and cosign builds. Verify a bundle with SHA256SUMS-offline and its signature before you transfer it. INSTALL-OFFLINE.md inside the bundle has the steps, and Air-gapped deployment covers running against your own model. (They were meant to ship in v1.18.41; the release job hung building them, fixed here.)
