Exiting active development

From now on, this plugin is no longer in active development. Further updates will only include important fixes and rebuilds of the plugin when a new NWAPI version is released. I've come close to being able to release my own command system and this plugin will be rewritten on top of that from scratch.

Thank you Neil for starting this project where ported the EXILED version over to NWAPI. Unfortunately, the code has become really messy and not a good experience to maintain anymore due to the weirdness of the original EXILED code.

Additions:

Added an option in the config to enable spawning light sources at jail positions.
