Maintenance release

Updated all dev dependencies to their latest versions:

  • eslint 9 → 10 (and @eslint/js 9 → 10)
  • typescript 5 → 6 (added ignoreDeprecations: "6.0" for the deprecated baseUrl used by tsup's d.ts build)
  • vitest 2 → 4
  • @types/node 22 → 26
  • @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin & parser → 8.62
  • tsup → 8.5, prettier → 3.8
  • @opencode-ai/plugin → 1.17.11

No runtime or public API changes. Typecheck, lint, tests (18/18), build and format all pass on a clean install.
