Crypt.Hash - Hash passwords and strings

To hash strings / passwords, you can use any of the following methods depending on the level of security you wish to acquire.

string hashedSHA1 = Hash.CalculateSHA1("Example");
string hashedSHA256 = Hash.CalculateSHA256("Example");
string hashedSHA384 = Hash.CalculateSHA384("Example");
string hashedSHA512 = Hash.CalculateSHA512("Example");

Crypt.RngStringProvider - Random string generator

Generate truly random strings of a specified length with this method.

string random = RngStringProvider.GenerateString(12);

You can also limit the character set you wish to generate the string from. For instance, to limit the generated string to characters "abcdefg", you would apply the method below.

string random = RngStringProvider.GenerateString(12, "abcdefg".ToArray());
