Design philosophy

Overall Goal

To ease people into automation by using a simple web interface, while still maintaining the power, flexibility and hackability of the Arduino platform. Our board is shield-compatible with Arduinos, and we've gone to great lengths to leave as many free I/O pins for hackers and future plans.

Hacker Friendly

• The Hauntbox is Arduino shield compatible!
• All but two pins (10 and 4) of the standard Arduino headers are free and not used in our firmware!
• Secret, super untested RF module possibilities.
