Points the CLI at the new self-hosted API on api.loggar.space. The previous v0.1.0 binaries were hardcoded to a Render deployment that is no longer the live backend.
Also the first release built from source that is actually in this repo — cmd/loggar/ was silently excluded by an unanchored .gitignore rule until now.
The API_URL environment variable still overrides the default.
