Gone Wrong Servers 0.1.0 Beta 10.0.12
Exact-server Steam update hotfix
- Fixes a case where a Palworld client could report an incompatible server after Gone Wrong
Servers incorrectly said a custom or older installation was already current. - Stops treating Steam's broad compatibility response or a shared SteamCMD manifest as proof that
the selected server folder was updated. - Creates a validation receipt bound to the exact server executable, Steam public build, and
SHA-256 after a successful managed validation. - Automatically performs one safe SteamCMD validation for existing installations that do not yet
have an exact-folder receipt. - Manual Validate Current Files now performs a real SteamCMD validation even when update
metadata says the server is current. - Continues to warn connected players, back up the world, stop only the selected server, and
restore its prior running state around maintenance.
Safe custom-location uninstall
- Allows servers imported or installed in custom folders to be permanently uninstalled from
Server Manager. - Both confirmations display the exact folder that will be removed.
- Rechecks the selected game's executable, running processes, protected Windows locations,
Windows links/junctions, and nested managed-server registrations before deletion. - Creates a final world backup outside the installation folder when save data exists.
- If Windows reports a locked file or denied access, the folder and server registration are kept
so the user can close the blocking process and try again.
This installer is unsigned and intended for beta validation.
