Real-time alerting system

• Fail detection - Agents going offline trigger a notification
• Recovery detection - Agents coming back online will also send a notification
• Easy configuration - Chose between Discord webhooks or Ntfy to receive alerts

User Experience

• Uptime at a glance - Uptime is now displayed on the overview card

🔧 Technical Details

• Alerts are synced with the collector interval (30s)
• Timestamps in the alert notifications are based on server time (where the dashboard backend is running)
• Notifications are not customizable for now
