Context menu: give each verb a human-readable MUIVerb label

The numeric prefix keys (01-png, 02-jpg, ...) only existed to control
display order. Without an MUIVerb on each entry Windows fell back to
showing the key name as the label, so users saw "01-png" instead of
"Convert to PNG". Add MUIVerb for the four conversion verbs and unify
the verb-creation paths through a small write_verb helper.
