Expand glob patterns internally for cross-shell consistency
PowerShell does not expand wildcards before invoking a native exe, so
`vimg *.jpg -f webp` produced "no input files" on Windows. Now vimg
detects glob metacharacters in its file arguments and expands them via
the glob crate. Case-insensitive matching on Windows so *.jpg matches
.JPG too; bash users see no behavior change since their shell expands
first and vimg receives literal paths.
