+言語に「英語」を追加しました

＊stateの二行目に参加しているゲームのクリエイターの名前が表示されるようになりました
＊言語設定を英語にした場合にRich Presenceも英語になるようになりました

Discord側でボタンをクリックすることでゲームのページに遷移できるようになりました(注:ユーザーのいるサーバーに参加することはできません)
AzqTrackerのダウンロードボタンを追加し、その他のAzqTrackerに関する要素を減らしました。
You can now navigate to the game's page by clicking a button on Discord (Note: You cannot join servers with other users).
We added an AzqTracker download button and removed other elements related to AzqTracker.

既知の問題/Known Issues

各種ウイルス対策ソフトに誤検知される可能性があります。現在対応中です。
AzqTrackerにはウイルスは含まれていません。
Various Antivirus Programs may flag this as a false positive. We are currently working on a fix.

追記:ほとんどの対策ソフトでは検知されなくなりました。Zillyaによる検出は誤検知です。
