• added preparation and prerequisites for installation of a development workstation
• simplified IaC pipeline to no more include a KeyVault, since with Unity Catalog (UC) that's no more needed
• simplified after metastore pipeline to just one by
  • eliminating the need for cluster creation, since we now can use serverless and also cluster creation is done via demo/lab
  • eliminating the need to attach the workspace to the metastore, since, that's done automatically, when creating a workspace
  • combining attaching the repo to the workspace, as well as creating the catalog, schema and external location in one pipeline
