Issue: TCPPortScalabilityScenario test not go through GPA without enable MSP.
Fix:

  • Enable MSP/GPA before the tests, without msp, the imds ping requests will not be captured by eBPF/GPA.
  • Rename BugFixesScenario to specific name TCPPortScalabilityScenario
  • Make TCPPortScalabilityCase to ConfigTCPPortScalability only, and move reboot VM and IMDS ping steps to TCPPortScalabilityScenario
