Making a new release for the old commit since the new v0.0.12 existing is causing issues in our imports.

Added validation to fields

Added validation to the different fields in each message.

Changed GoalState to Status

GoalState was not the right wording for this usage, since sometimes we simply we want to set the state of an operation, not what it's GoalState is (rather what it already is), thus I changed it to Status to be more representative of the current status of the operation.

Bump aks-middleware version.

Bumped latest version of aks-middleware to v0.0.30.

Remove entityType from CreateOperationStatusRequest

entityType is not needed for the message, since the entityId should be enough to differentiate between different entities. Thus this has now been removed.

Updated restsdk to match proto.

For some reason, some of the updates to the proto file were not reflected in the restsdk files. This release updates these two to match.

Updated proto file.

Updated the proto file with several changes:

• Remove SayHello rpc call and relevant messages.
• Changed CreateOperationStatus to not return anything.

Changes that don't affect users of the api:

• Removed dockerfile in favor of using the servicehub dockerfile.
• Removed usage of maintain_service call in the makefile.
