Add aaz command models for the Microsoft.Mission (Azure Virtual Enclaves) resource provider, API version 2026-03-01-preview. Generated from the pinned REST spec commit 342124d3 via aaz-dev export. This is the companion command-model contribution for: - CLI extension PR Azure/azure-cli-extensions#10149 - PowerShell Az.Mission PR Azure/azure-powershell#29844 Reference: ADO User Story 2016517 (org msazuredev, project VirtualEnclaves).
